A. Cancellation policy

Consumers, i.e. any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial, entrepreneurial, craft or professional activity, have a right of withdrawal at any time in accordance with the following provisions:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your subscription within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be thirty days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us.

If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of such feedback (for example by email).
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this agreement. We are entitled to deduct the loss in value of the delivered goods from the refund amount if this loss in value is due to unnecessary behavior on your part. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this return. We reserve the right to refuse refunding until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you or Petrach eK return or hand over the goods.

promptly and in any event no later than 14 days after the date on which you notify us of the termination of this agreement. This deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
General information
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the product. Please return the items to us in their original packaging, if possible, with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging to adequately protect it from transport damage.
